[Updated 5/5/22]: Bumping this up to 5 stars. They’ve assured me they’re the real deal. Plus, they’ve shown they have a solid business attitude. Honestly, they seem like decent folks. My order got held up because they were waiting for stock to come in, which totally makes sense. I think they’ll get better at keeping customers in the loop moving forward. Let’s give them a chance.

You’re just a small business that took my cash, went silent for over a week after the transaction, your main contact email still doesn’t work, and now you’re using my review to promote your products? Plus, you’re airing out customer order info in a public space? Seriously, consider hiring a consultant to help you out.

I'm sharing my thoughts here because I had my doubts initially. The prices seem pretty fair, and the delivery has been surprisingly fast, especially considering it's the holiday rush. I'll definitely be coming back to Scollar for more purchases and I encourage folks to back small businesses whenever possible.

With three dogs in my life, I prefer to purchase biscuits in larger quantities. They really enjoy the grain-free Wholesome variety, and Scollar got them to me in no time.

You guys are always there when we need help! It's great to know we can count on you.

Not sure how I stumbled upon your site, but you had a toy that closely resembles my dog's beloved one, which is no longer available. I also came across some fantastic deals! By the way, the website could use a few tweaks and it would be great to see some favorites stocked better, but that's cool. I'll definitely be back for more. I'm pretty confident I'll keep using your services, but there's a catch... packaging is still a concern. I haven't had good luck with deliveries from (Brown/UPS) for over 25 years. They either misdelivered my stuff or it got swiped right off my porch. I reckon Priority Mail costs too much for Ground shipping, but that could be an option if the prices are right. The FedEx truck around here still smells like diesel on some packages. Is there any chance you could shrink-wrap or plastic wrap the items before sending them out?

I wasn't familiar with Scollar at first, but when Amazon's Subscribe and Save stopped carrying my Organix Brand Organic Grain Free Adult Chicken and Sweet Potato Recipe Dry Kibble Dog Food, I was in a bit of a panic! Other places like Chewy, Petsmart, and Petco were completely OUT OF STOCK!
I did some digging and found Scollar Co., which stocks and delivers my dog's food in big 18 lb. bags! I thought, why not give it a shot? So, I ordered three large bags with my credit card, just to be safe!
To my surprise, all three bags showed up ON TIME and even a day or two early, as promised by FedEx! The box with 58 lbs. of dog food took a bit of a beating, but the three essential bags of organic food my pups adore were perfectly intact!
I’m super happy to have found a reliable source for my dog food and will definitely reorder! Scollar offers Free Shipping, which is a lifesaver for this senior who struggles to lift those heavy bags off my porch, especially since I buy a lot for my three big dogs!
They even have a first-time order discount that helped me snag a good deal. The prices are pretty much the same as what you'd find at Petsmart, assuming they’re not sold out there too! Who wants to deal with that? Not me! Amazon's Subscribe and Save had a better price, but honestly, NO PRICE is worth it if you can't get the food! Amazon kept canceling my orders before shipping because they were out of stock, and now they’ve stopped carrying it altogether! That’s not a deal; it’s a nightmare!
I had a GREAT experience with Scollar and would totally recommend others to shop with confidence from this new player in the game! Scollar, please don’t run out of or stop carrying my beloved Organix Grain Free Adult Dog Food! I’d hate to switch my dogs’ food after they’ve been raised on it!
